Warranty & Returns Policy

Warranty

All used fitness equipment sold by The GymXchange is inspected and tested prior to sale. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following limited warranty:

  • Duration: 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: Covers mechanical and electrical components that fail under normal usage.

    • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, worn upholstery, etc.)

    • Damage due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs

    • Normal wear and tear parts (belts, cables, grips, etc.)

Returns

Due to the nature of used equipment, all sales are final. However, we offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Equipment arrives damaged during delivery

  • Equipment is not as described in the listing

Return Process:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the equipment.

  2. Provide photos and a description of the issue.

  3. Upon approval, we will arrange return shipping or offer a replacement/refund.
